Jordann brings an incredible background to our inaugural Flight Crew, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her helping bring the energy all season long.

A message from Jordann:

“Hi! I’m Jordann Saffle, and I’m so excited to be joining the Findlay Force Flight Crew! I have over 20 years of dance experience, including five seasons as a professional NBA dancer with the Cleveland Cavaliers organization. During my final professional season, I served as a team captain, and I’m excited to bring that leadership experience to the Flight Crew during our inaugural season. I can’t wait to get started and help create an amazing game day experience for our Force fans! 💙❤️”

We are so excited to officially introduce Lily to the Findlay Force family! Her passion for dance, years of experience, and love for performing make her an incredible addition to our inaugural Flight Crew Spirit team.

“Hey everyone! I’m Lily Webb, and I am over the moon excited to be a part of the 2026-2027 Flight Crew Spirit team! I am a dancer and choreographer with 18 years of experience and am well-trained in a multitude of genres. As a dancer, I have won numerous awards, including multiple National Championships. I continue to receive recognition and scholarships from some of the industry’s top dancers and choreographers. I can’t wait to share my passion for dance, and I’m so excited to show my love for performing with all of the amazing Findlay Force fans!”

We are beyond excited to continue adding local athletes to our organization and can’t wait to show you what Findlay’s dance community is made of!

A message from Emalee:

“Hello! My name is Emalee, and I am 19 years old from Findlay, Ohio! I am beyond excited to continue my dance career. Dance has been such a huge part of my life for the past 15 years. I’ve trained in tap, jazz, lyrical, and hip hop throughout my dance journey. I also recently became a dance teacher at Becky’s School of Dance. I have such a passion for dance, and I am so excited to have the opportunity to continue doing what I love while helping bring the energy to Force game days!
I can’t wait to meet all of the amazing fans and be a part of this incredible inaugural season. Let’s Go Force!” 💙❤️

We are excited to have Jasmine join us for our inaugural season and can’t wait for her to bring her passion and energy to game days this year.

“Hi everyone! I’m Jasmine Smith, and I’m so excited to be a part of the 2026-2027 Flight Crew Spirit Team! I’m from McComb, Ohio and have been dancing for 16 years. I currently dance on the Tiffin University Dance Team and love performing, choreographing, and sharing my passion for dance with others. I’m so excited for this new experience, the opportunity to continue growing as a dancer, and to be a part of the Flight Crew’s inaugural season while bringing energy and excitement to all of the Findlay Force fans!”

From years of competitive dance experience to inspiring the next generation of dancers, Megan brings great talent and enthusiasm to our Flight Crew.

“Hey everyone! I’m Megan Slough, and I am so excited to be a part of the 2026-2027 Flight Crew Spirit Team! I am the Assistant Director and a Lead Instructor at A Step Above Dance Studio in Lima, Ohio, where I have the privilege of sharing my love for dance with students of all ages. I grew up as a competitive dancer, and performing has always been one of my biggest passions. Throughout my competitive career, I was honored with multiple performance awards recognizing my stage presence, showmanship, and passion for entertaining. There’s nothing I love more than bringing energy to a crowd and creating performances that get people excited, and I can’t wait to bring that same enthusiasm to the sidelines, connect with the amazing Findlay Force fans, and help make this season one to remember. Go Force! 💙❤️”

Brooke is joining us all the way from Michigan! If talented dancers are willing to travel across state lines to be part of what we’re building, that should tell you something… The Cube is going to be the place to be this fall! ❤️🤍💙
