“Hey everyone! I’m Megan Slough, and I am so excited to be a part of the 2026-2027 Flight Crew Spirit Team! I am the Assistant Director and a Lead Instructor at A Step Above Dance Studio in Lima, Ohio, where I have the privilege of sharing my love for dance with students of all ages. I grew up as a competitive dancer, and performing has always been one of my biggest passions. Throughout my competitive career, I was honored with multiple performance awards recognizing my stage presence, showmanship, and passion for entertaining. There’s nothing I love more than bringing energy to a crowd and creating performances that get people excited, and I can’t wait to bring that same enthusiasm to the sidelines, connect with the amazing Findlay Force fans, and help make this season one to remember.
