force hire team medical assistant

The Findlay Force as proud to announce we have hired Amanda Ridder as a team medical assistant for the 26-27 season!
Amanda brings both heart and hands-on experience to her role as the team Medical Assistant. With certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Certified Phlebotomy Technician, and Occupational Health Technician, she blends strong clinical knowledge with real-world emergency experience to provide well-rounded, athlete-focused care.
Amanda thrives in fast-paced environments and feels most fulfilled when she’s able to step in with confidence during high-pressure situations. Whether she’s assisting with injury prevention, performing rapid assessments, or supporting athletes through recovery, her priority is always helping players stay healthy, safe, and performing at their best throughout the season.
At her core, Amanda is a caregiver in every sense of the word. As a proud mom of four and dog mom to two, she understands dedication, patience, and teamwork both at home and at the rink. A self-described homebody, she values quality time with her family and brings that same compassion, loyalty, and commitment to the athletes and staff she works alongside every day.
